Flow Tower Defense
Hi everyone! this is a game I've made with AI prompts only in around a week.
I am aware of how AI is being seen, I'm a webdev with 15yrs XP that got into gamedev as a hobby in the last 2 years; I'm also working on another game that's not AI made - it has a demo on Steam and we keep improving it.
But this one was my first ever attempt to VibeCode. A creative journey where I'm limited to not leaving the AI agent editor - the sounds are browser made, so are all the shapes generated from JS based on some procedural rules.
It was meant to be a serious tower defense with this belt/flow mechanic as a backbone and the idea for you to catch the shards or lose them at the top; as it got tested by a few friends and after having some failed combat text attempts - it turned into a Matrix text spawn, numbers spam!
Removed loosing, you just don't advance if you don't kill them all and you lose XP up to 0 on current level (PoE style).
I focused a lot on this debug mode, you can use it if you want or not, it's on by default. You can add any towers you want from compendium or from the side panel upgrade/downgrade any card/boon you get.
A lot of the combos don't work, worse than Wolcen was at release but this is rather an experience left to generate shapes and numbers rather than be super balanced for now. I have a few more updates to do then I will be taking the cards one by one, remove all that don't make sense or are broken and finetune the tower defend experience too.
If you level up while afk, the game will hide the card choices after 20 sec and return to the game. When you get back you can just collect the unused upgrades.
